Springwood Conservation Park shelters 36 hectares of open eucalypt forest and is home to a variety of wildlife. You might catch a glimpse of koala's, water dragons, swamp wallabies and many species of birds. The terrain makes for interesting exploring, with large boulders, balancing rocks, caves, cliffs and a gorge. You can see geological strata and fossils exposed in the old quarry.
